So i just started having this issue with my game i did a complete fresh install and then downloaded and installed a little over half of the mods i used to use because i was having alot of random ctd and in game sound failures i used to run a 198 plugins on my previous playthroughs now im only running 102 and they are all the same mods im just running the ones i cant live without no big.

If you are buildings walls for something like security when you want to turn them a certain way use them in conjunction with end walls.

I managed to get my game to work after like 4 hours ugh.
Concrete is used in building several items in settlements most notably foundations for houses and water pumps as well as statues and other decorations.
Concrete is a crafting component in fallout 4.
There are examples and what you can and cannot glitch.
But can fix it by building a concrete wall square tunnel about 4 story high and then i build the wide orange vault tec utility tunnel inside the conrete tunnel i made going to the water purifier chamber and then the cell light bleed effect goes away.
This is just an example of how to use the rug and pillar glitch in your builds.
End walls don t latch on to anything so you can manipulate them any way you want and add a standing wall next to them.

What you need to do is go back to the train part once you cross through it wait and make sure the robot follows proceed like that untill you get the next wall but before you press activate make sure the robot is right behind you.
